Payment and Shipping

Payment Options

You can easily pay via Bancontact, iDEAL, Belfius Pay, KBC Payment Button, Credit Card. These are the fastest and most secure payment methods, which are immediately visible to us, allowing us to pack your order right away.

Please note!! Only registered payments will be shipped. Post-payment is not possible.

If your payment is unsuccessful with the above payment methods, you can exceptionally pay by bank transfer, at the latest on the same day or the day after. If the payment is not received or no proof of payment is sent, the order will be cancelled to release the item for sale again. Items are not reserved for longer than 1 day!

Orders can be collected in Lochristi (BE) by making an appointment in advance via info@charlis.be. Payment is preferably made in advance via our website.

If payment via Bancontact is unsuccessful, you can transfer to: IBAN: BE84 0019 2875 3959 — BIC: GEBABEBB. Please state your name and invoice number. Please note that a bank transfer may take a few days to process, and the package will be shipped later.


Shipping

All packages are sent with Track & Trace. With your order, you will automatically receive a confirmation email and then a shipping confirmation with your Track & Trace code.

Shipping rates (all prices incl. VAT):

🇧🇪 Belgium:

  • Bpost@home home delivery 0-2 kg — €7.95
  • Bpost@bpack collection point/parcel locker 0-2 kg — €6.95

🇳🇱 Netherlands:

  • Home delivery or service point 0-2 kg — €12.50

🇫🇷 France:

  • Home delivery or collection point 0-2 kg — €12.50

Your order will be shipped on the same day or at the latest 1 working day after receipt of your payment. Delivery time: 1-2 days after shipment; Netherlands and France average 2-3 days.

Collection point: Don't forget to indicate a collection point with your order. If you forget, we will choose the nearest one. Collect your package on time — you will receive a notification about this via your Track & Trace code. Packages not collected on time will be returned. A second shipment is possible after payment of a new shipping label.

Charlis is not responsible for packages not collected on time, incorrect addresses, or packages lost by the carrier. It is your own responsibility to receive your package.

If you, on your own initiative, choose a different shipping method (such as Mondial Relay or other services) and something goes wrong, the consumer is 100% liable.


📦 Bundle your purchases — free hold function

Charlis offers a free hold function that allows you to bundle multiple purchases into one shipment. This way, you save on shipping costs.

  • Packages must be shipped within 3 months.
  • It is the customer's own responsibility to request shipment in a timely manner.
  • If the deadline is exceeded, a new shipping label must be purchased. Charlis cannot be held liable for this.

Year-end surcharge (Black Friday until December 25th)

  • Bpost Belgium: +€1.21 (incl. VAT)
  • PostNL Netherlands: +€0.30 (incl. VAT) — from November 16th until December 31st
