Ordering & Payment

Which payment methods can I use?
You can pay quickly and securely via Bancontact, iDEAL, Belfius Pay, and KBC Payment Button. If it exceptionally doesn't work, a bank transfer (same day or next day) is allowed — if no payment/proof is received, we will cancel the order after 1 day to release the items.

Is post-payment possible?
No, post-payment is not possible; only registered payments will be shipped or instant bank transfers.

Can I still change or cancel my order after I've placed it?
As long as your package has not yet been shipped, email us as soon as possible. Please note: packages that are not picked up on time at the collection point are not automatically cancelled; re-sending is possible after payment of new shipping costs.


Shipping, Collection & Delivery Times

What are the shipping costs?

  • Belgium: Bpost home delivery €7.95 or service point €6.95 – always with track & trace. Free shipping from €100.

  • Netherlands: home delivery or service point €12.50 – with track & trace. Free shipping from €125.

  • France: home delivery or service point €12.50 – with track & trace. Free shipping from €125.

When will my order be shipped and delivered?
We ship the same day or within 1 business day at the latest after receiving your payment. Delivery is usually 1–2 days (BE) and 2–3 days (NL/FR) after shipment (depending on the carrier).

Can I pick up my order?
Yes, collection is possible in Lochristi (BE) after appointment and after prepayment via the webshop.

Is my shipment insured?
Shipments are insured; we file a complaint with the carrier and assist with a solution or credit in case of loss or damage.

What if I don't pick up my package on time at the collection point?
The sale remains valid; re-sending is possible after payment of new shipping costs.

Incorrect address entered by the customer
The delivery address entered when placing the order is binding. If a customer has provided an incorrect address, we cannot be held responsible for undelivered packages. Reshipment is possible after payment of new shipping costs.

Delivery method & collection point
The delivery method you choose at checkout (home delivery or service point) is in principle final. Do you wish to change the delivery method after your order? Please contact us as soon as possible via info@charlis.be. Changes are only possible as long as your package has not yet been shipped and the price difference is paid extra. Once shipped, the delivery method cannot be changed.

Returns & Exchanges

How long do I have to return an item?
You can return items within 14 days of receipt (preferably notify us in advance by email). Return costs are for the customer and you should always send it as a package with track & trace.

Do I get a refund or store credit?
After receiving your return, you have the choice: store credit (valid for 1 year) — our recommendation so you can immediately pick out something new — or a refund. Discounts will be settled. For manufacturing defects: report within 24 hours with photos via info@charlis.be.

Which items cannot be returned?

  • Jewellery and hair accessories (for hygienic reasons)

  • Sale items

  • Personalized/handmade items
    Items must be undamaged, unworn/unused, unwashed; clothing with tags still attached, free from odors/hairs/lint.

Products & Materials (Jewellery)

What are the jewellery items made of?
Jewellery is made of stainless steel (RVS)nickel-free and water-resistant, so suitable for showering or exercising.

Does the jewellery discolour?
Stainless steel is very colourfast and can withstand water. However, avoid chemical products (perfume, chlorine, hairspray) and store jewellery dry for maximum lifespan.

Sizes, Fit & Rings

What clothing sizes do you offer?
There is a mix of standard sizes (e.g., 36–44), S–M–L and ONE SIZE items, including a curvy range. Product pages often state for which size-range ONE SIZE is suitable (e.g., 38–48). Feel free to ask for measurements to avoid returns.

How do I choose my ring size?
A Ringsize section/information point is provided; if in doubt, we are happy to help via email.

Gift Vouchers

Do you sell gift vouchers?
Yes. You choose an amount from €10 to €250. Delivery can be by post (with track & trace) or digitally via email (to yourself or directly to the recipient).

How long is a gift voucher valid and how do I use it?
Gift vouchers are valid for a maximum of 2 years and are spent in one go with a unique code. No remaining balance will be refunded.

Warranty, Damage & Complaints

My item arrived damaged / manufacturing defect?
Report this within 24 hours of receipt with clear photos via info@charlis.be

What is your complaints procedure?
Complaints and disputes follow Belgian law; you can also submit a complaint via the European ODR platform.

Quality & lifespan of our jewellery
Our jewellery is made of stainless steel and is nickel-free — one of the most durable materials for fashion jewellery. However, every piece of jewellery is subject to wear and tear from daily use.

The lifespan depends heavily on how and how often you wear the jewellery. Factors such as contact with perfume, sunscreen, chlorine, salt water, sweat, or wearing it during exercise, showering, or sleeping can accelerate quality degradation. This is beyond our control.

We intervene in the event of manufacturing defects that occur within 2 months of purchase, provided they are reported with clear photos via info@charlis.be. After this period, we unfortunately cannot take responsibility for wear and tear or damage due to use.
